Using Tagwell
Tagwell is free to use for keeping track of your own homes and households. Don't use it to break the law or to harm anyone.
Tagwell Plus
In the phone app, some extras (more than one home, team, kids and rewards, calendar and file exports, the barcode scanner, weather alerts and the replacement budget) are part of Tagwell Plus, an optional auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and Plus stays on until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. If Plus ends, your information stays on your device and the free features keep working.

Maintenance schedules, tips, steps and product suggestions in Tagwell are general guidance, not professional advice. Always follow your manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings, and call a licensed professional for gas, electrical, roofing and other work that can be dangerous. You're responsible for how you use the information.
Your data
Your information stays on your device, as described in the privacy policy. Back up anything important by using Export, because uninstalling the app or clearing your browser erases it.
No warranty
Weather alerts, appliance life spans and replacement costs are estimates, not guarantees. Tagwell is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damage or loss from using it, including missed reminders or lost data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
