Delete your Tagwell account

You can delete your Tagwell account and all data stored with it at any time.

If you never signed in

There's no account to delete. Everything is on your device. Use Homes, then Reset to clear a home, or uninstall the app (or clear the website's data in your browser) to erase everything.

If you signed in to sync

1. Email hello@tagwellhome.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Tagwell account".
2. We'll confirm by reply, then delete your sign-in, your household membership and any household you created, including its homes, tasks, people and photos, within 30 days.
3. If other people share your household, they keep their own copy on their phones; tell us if you want the shared household deleted for everyone.

What we keep

Nothing about your homes. Apple or Google keep their own purchase records for Tagwell Plus under their policies. Cancel Plus in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
